Service Contract Support Specialist

Requirements:
- Assists with the sets up, review, & interpretation customer contracts and obtains the proper signatures.
- Ensures that all documentation provided by the SSR is complete and accurate and sending incomplete contracts back to Sales.
- Review recurring contracts for billing requirements and enters all information accurately, attaching a copy of the contract to the accounting system.
- Assists with the sets up of recurring service lines & contract in softwares.
- Assists with recurring billing each month.
- Is a backup for posting daily invoices from the service software that are in queue in the accounting software.
- Processes freeform invoices as needed.
- Maintain digital record keeping and filing system for customer contracts.
- Conduct account research and analysis as needed.
- Assists customers and internal staff with account questions, as needed.
- Assists management with the completion of monthly closeout procedures, reconciliations, and reports.
- Assists in quality control audits.
- Assists management in monthly RMR banking reports.
- Participates in periodic audits of contracts to verify information is accurate.
- Processes customer cancellations, including review of contract for outstanding balances and notification to customer, and escalating to management for legal review, if needed.
Training and Certification Requirements:
- Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Possess very strong skills in organization, and be able to prioritize tasks and choose the most important duties to complete first.

Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, or other payments. Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.
Training and Certification Requirements:
- Possess very strong skills in organization, and be able to prioritize tasks and choose the most important duties to complete first.
- Possess at least 1 year of Collection experience
- Possess good knowledge of office procedures and administration

- Set up automated email notification for customers that have invoices 30 days old.
- Manage AR Past Due Report
- Manage the 45 day call list

Requirements:
- Responds to customer's service related issues promptly and must have the ability to effectively deal with customers, some that will require high levels of patience's.
- Maintain the ability to effectively communicate the needs required to complete DynaFire's scope of work to all parties responsible for portions effecting the timely completion of that scope.
- Assist the DynaFire's Sales and Estimating staff with information leading to additional sales, change order opportunities and DynaNet sales.
- Responsible for, but not limited to the mobilization, wiring, device trim, final hookup, troubleshooting, testing, and final inspection of DynaNet equipment for new job.
- To operate, test, trouble shot, program fire alarm systems and documentation required to meet all applicable industry codes and standards.

Training and Certification Requirements:
- The DynaNet installer shall possess a two-year electronics degree or equivalent combination of education and related field experience. A working knowledge of computers and communications systems is required. You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Employee must have a means of communicating via ISP for VPN connection. NICET level II.
Fire Sprinkler Designer
Primary guideline for this position is to design fire sprinkler new construction, tenant finish, and renovations projects. Design, engineer, and create shop drawings for fire sprinkler projects by interpreting contract drawings, specifications, construction hand-off documents from sales, Florida Fire Prevention Codes/Statutes, and any project meetings.

Training and Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Fire Sprinkler construction and design.
- Fluent with Fire pump controllers, Back-Flows, Dry Systems, Wet Systems, Alarm devices, and produce trouble shooting ability.
- Have the ability to multi-task and interact well with customers and support staff.
- Posses proficient office and time management skills while under pressure.
- Proficient in AutoCad and HydraCAD software to ensure efficient and accurate production of shop drawings and as-builts, along with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 14, UFC 3-600-01 and ETL 02-15.
