We are seeking a Systems Fire Alarm Construction Manager to provide guidance to construction operations employees by helping them perform within the DynaFire construction guidelines. The Systems Fire Alarm Construction Manager must stay in alignment with DynaFire’s financial goals. Overall, the manager is responsible for customer satisfaction while the employees deliver construction products and services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver excellent work.
- Work with DynaFire management in establishing construction budgets.
- Provide reports to management forecasting expected billings and profit margins.
- Perform semi and annual Employee Reviews in a timely manner.
- Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
- Supervise the purchase of materials, plan correct inventory levels, and assist in warehouse efficiency.
- Meet or exceed the minimum profit levels required by management for the department
- Maximize the profitability of the department, including following the policy/procedure of how to invoice for a project’s materials and equipment. Must also apply labor resources in the most efficient manner.
