We are seeking a dedicated team member to enhance the overall customer satisfaction of our existing DynaFire customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services using a company-provided cell phone and computer. This full-time position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week and includes paid holidays and other benefits. Your primary objective will be to support all aspects of inspection services to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate will have great communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch all Tests & Inspections for Fire sprinkler, alarm, suppression, and extinguisher and hood subcontractors.
- Ensure that technicians don’t leave sites without properly completing all required documentation, including uploading to the DynaFire server.
- Answer all incoming calls pertaining to tests and inspections.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns arising from the “Test & Inspection Division.”
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DynaFire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Inspectors, including troubleshoot any on-site issues.
- Perform research, special tasks, or facilitate the completion of projects requested by the Department Managers.
- Be Available and responsive to all internal requests for information to and from all DynaFire Service Employees and Management as needed; answering in bound calls in accordance to DynaFire Philosophy and Core Values.
