With a significant investment of approximately €350 million (about $450 million), the terminal enhances the passenger experience through cutting-edge amenities and infrastructure designed to efficiently manage a high volume of traveler traffic.

MSC Group’s Cruise Division is the direct client for this project, having partnered with Fincantieri for the terminal’s construction. As a leading player in the cruise industry, MSC Group is committed to expanding its presence in North America and the Caribbean while emphasizing sustainable practices and high-performance vessels. The terminal supports its goal of deploying state-of-the-art ships, contributing to the local economy and tourism sector.

Scope

DynaFire installed a comprehensive fire alarm system for the MSC Miami Cruise Terminal. This system ensures the safety of passengers and staff throughout the expansive multi-level terminal, which accommodates up to 36,000 passenger movements daily. The installation included fire safety measures across the entire facility, including passenger services, office areas, the multi-level parking garage for 2,400 vehicles, and the three berths capable of hosting the latest-generation cruise ships.

The MSC Miami Cruise Terminal is now equipped with a state-of-the-art fire alarm system installed by DynaFire, providing robust protection for all visitors and employees.
