Positioned adjacent to the Nova Southeastern University campus, this $440 million, 330,000-square-foot hospital is built to meet the growing healthcare needs of Broward County residents, including Davie and Plantation. The hospital currently features 165 private patient rooms and has infrastructure in place for future expansion to over 600 beds. It offers a comprehensive suite of services, including 24/7 emergency care, maternity, Level III NICU, orthopedics, oncology, neurosciences, diagnostics, imaging, and advanced surgical options.
Scope
DynaFire was selected to provide essential Fire & Life Safety solutions tailored to the sophisticated needs of the HCA Florida University Hospital. These solutions encompass fire alarm and suppression systems specifically designed to support a dynamic healthcare setting, ensuring patient, staff, and visitor safety around the clock. The systems installed are optimized for rapid emergency response and strict compliance with healthcare and safety regulations. DynaFire’s solutions are also engineered to integrate seamlessly with the hospital’s expansive infrastructure, supporting areas such as the 24/7 emergency department, the NICU, surgical suites, and specialized patient care zones.
